1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable shipping providers to deliver your order safely. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

4. Responsibility After Shipping
Once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, LAYLA BELLA is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, or damages that may occur during transit. We encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
